P90X was over on Saturday. Here's my results.
Needless to say, I'm pleased with the results. :) The new banner I put up was actually taken a couple weeks ago in the basement of Cockpit Minneapolis by an excellent friend of mine, MPLSGuy. Now that I'm in a routine of working out so much, I think I'm going to keep it up. I'm starting another round of 90 days with the routine, we'll see what happens to me in the end. I find that working out so much, however, takes a lot of time away from writing. Something that I'm really not too happy about.
I'm getting nervous at MIR. Excited nervous, not nervous nervous. I have an enormous amount of gratitude for all the encouragement my friends have provided me in the past few weeks/months. I'll be carrying your strength with me to the stage.
MIR aside, I'm helping a couple friends with an event at the Eagle for Gear Night on November 13th. Leather Eye for the Preppy Guy. We're going to strip the "prep" off a few hot guys from MPLS right on stage, and the audience decides who wins. Event is from 10pm-11pm, with the standard Beer Bust, dancing, and screwing around afterward. Dresscode is relaxed this night. I'll be rubberizing at least one of the contestants - and I'm really looking forward to it. Should prove to be a great night, and thanks so much to all of our sponsors!

Looking great, Tynan! I heard that doing P90X back-to-back can be hard on the body. Thoughts? Also ... what do you do regarding your protein intake? Any supplement? Love the blog!
